Q.

Hi doctor. Doctor my son is 2 years 5 months. I have 3 concerns regarding him 1. He doesn't talk much. He only says papa, baba, nana, alphabets, numbers 1 to 20. But not regular words like dede, water, very rarely he says or repeat any word. 2. He mostly walk on toes. Whenever i tell him walk properly prishi thn he walks properly but again in sometime he is walking on toes. 3. Most important doctor I feel he is getting very slight darkness under his eyes, very slight. What should I do. Please guide.

A. Hello mom for his speech would suggest to consult a speech therapist for it , to understand his concerns and would ideally be very helpful next for his walking on his toes that has to be checked well and kept an eye on. Show him how every one is walking around Reduce his screen time if any and also make sure he sleep well enough atleast for 10 to 12 hours

A. Mam have consulted speech therapist but due to covid issues for younger kids the personal attention isn't available. Only video calls and he doesn't sit during video calls. Secondly his screen time in whole day is 1 hour max with half hour during lunch and half hour during dinner. No screen time for small meals. And yes he does takes sleep of 13,14 hours in night and an hour of sleep in a day. Please guide
