Q.

hi doctor doctor juz did penis swab for my 1 year 4 month old kid since the foreskin was covered.in gram staining process result was few gram negative bacilli,few pus cells and few e coli..what doe s this mean..is it something serious?

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment sytuggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment.
