Hi doctor can you suggest any baby food for a two year old as my daughter sometimes feel bored to have upma idli kheer dosas etc for breakfast. Is there any other alternate readymade food that can given when ever she us bored of these?

A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday you have to give at least one and half half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

A. Don’t Go for ready-made food actually you should try to give more of home-cooked food to the child if you’re just looking for recipes for breakfast for the child and you can search it on YouTube on any of the channels which is associated with cooking or you can find a lot of blogs on First Cry app itself
