Hi doctor can v give nuts powder to nine months baby... in night

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. avoid in now night. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

I mean,you can add this dry fruits powder while making food like khichdi, porridge , rab etc.
for your child.
