Hi doctor Can I give sweet potato or potato purée to 5 n half month baby as I started solids after 5 months as he was interested in solids soon .. will sweet potato cause fits in babies ?

Sweet potato is very healthy highly region Iron and has very good in fibre at the same time so you can give it but let me tell you you did not do the right thing by starting it early all the kids are interested in eating but you should not start feeding them prior to the age of six months it’s not good for the health
