it can be included in any of the dish / recipe or grated over dosa/ chilla etc. however it should not be given in abundance or any replacement of a meal.
give other healthy foods groups like whole grains, dals ,pulses , milk and milk products like paneer , curd, ghee , nuts powder , seasonal fruits and vegetables .

yes you can give.
but as it contains more salt ,it is better to prefer other dairy products like homemade butter ,fresh curd , buttermilk etc.
keep offering different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans etc
