hi doctor, can I feed rrice three times in a day like morning curd rice, afternoon launch and night dinner, is it good?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can.. but wheat, barley, pulses, should also be given.. By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form.
