Q.

hi doctor can anyone help me plz plz my baby of 2.5 years was suffering from 103 fever due to miss communication my family gave him 3 full caps (30 ml) of noble plus instead of 3 dropper. what should I do plz suggest

A. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out . Antipyfretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usugally given to reduce fever . Cold spognging with lukewarm water is also helpful . Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

A. please take care of baby and do observe baby and keep eye on her , if baby is vomiting or having stomach pain then immediately do consult with your doctor regarding this and also inform doctor. 103 fever is consider as very high at this age do a wet strips immediately to control fever .
