Q.

Hi doctor... Baby has jaundice 20range...baby weight is 2.2 ..baby kept in nicu today evening will phototherapy effects the baby's iris,colour of the body ..please give me suggestions.

A. It May or may not because a lot of people say that the child is turning a little black after phototherapy so I’m not really very sure about it because my child didn’t change its complexion after phototherapy of 24 hours or more so I wouldn’t say it is actually because of phototherapy completely
