Hi Doctor and mommies , I am 2 months pregnant now and am having digestive issue, my doubt is will it affect unbirth baby inside?

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mam, Digestive issue means day time I feel stomach burning and night time I feel bloating and formation of gas..so I decided I have digestive issue..I dint consult any doctor before regarding this issue.
