hi doctor am a brest feeding mother so wanna ask dat mobizox tablet can be taken by me cause am suffering from severe piles issue

A. Breastfeeding: This medicine should be avoided by the ladies during their lactation period as it mixes with blood thereby can harm the infant .

Q. i had cesarean before 45days...I am facing vaginal pain and heavyness so may doctor prescribed me mobizox tablet for 5days two times in a day... i took one tablet my pain is reduced but I googled mobizox is safe during breastfeeding then Google shows its not safe during breastfeeding...so my question is should I take this or not???
