Q.

Hi doctor... am 33 weeks pregnant and my growth scan showed mild increase in echogenicity of both fetal kidneys however there is no other abnormalities apart from this.. kidney size, thickness and amniotic fluids are all normal for the gestational age .. will it cause any prob to the baby ?

A. you can't do anything now.. better deliver your child peacefully.. after that you can do ultrasound scan of your baby to rule out if any problem is there. otherwise talk to your paediatrician
