hi doctor, after pregnancy my period not come regular gape 2 or 3, month please give me a suggestion for regulat my period

A. Periods may be irregular when you are breastfeeding It's normal Nothing to do You can reduce or drop day time feeding after a year and continue night feeds To regularise a little Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Diet control is more important Choose healthy foods Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
