Hi Docter please advice on the cough syrup for wet cough as it is for the past 3 days ,kufril LS is not working.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along wifth that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steaxsm inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
