hi docotor.. I delivered my first baby on 30th oct via C-sec. want to know how long does it take for the stitches to dissolve and to recover completely. also how long to wait before I can plan my 2nd. and to start sexual relationships. thank you

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
