Hi doc...what should be the min no of hours of sleeping for 9 months old babies...my both babies ( twins) sleep for 10 hours in whole a day...8 hours in the night and 2 hours in the day time

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 months agoA. Hi mom it's OK. small babies have different sleep pattern. They will follow proper sleep pattern as they grow up. if active and comfortable when awake then no need to worry
