hi doc, suggest me some food to increase immunity boosting and blood platelets? my daughter is 14 months old now and very fussy eater.

A. Iron rich diet will improve the hemoglobin. But why do you say about platelet ? They usually don’t decrease unless there is any infection like dengue. Kindly consult a pediatrician if your baby has it
