Q.
Hi Doc, My son is suffering with fever from past 4-5 days. His blood test report says positive for S typhi O & H. We are using Antibiotics & Paracetamol to treat the symptoms. His gums are swollen and have canker sores/lesions + saliva is oozing from his mouth. Which is preventing him from taking food. is there any medicines available to treat his mouth???

please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
