give three healthy meals in semi solid mashed form like khichdi dalia oats etc or chapati mashed with dal or sabzi..
offer 2-3 servings of fruit purees tio

so have powdered rice n dal together..which I boil and add little ghee n salt to it.. also in fruits I give him banana and chickoo.. since he likes it..
Do let me know if any changes I need to make..

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Increase the liquid intake to maintain hydration and better digestion. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
