hi doc.... my son is 4 year 4 mnts old...his stomach area temp is raising around 99.4 f...n after some time it comes to normal .... without any medicine...pls tell me what is going on.. otherwise he is active...n eating food properly

A. it is perfectly fine because your baby is sleeping and when the baby is sleeping it is quite natural to have a little temperature if the baby sleeping on the stomach and stomach is always hotter than the other body parts or not to worry
