Q.

Hi Doc, My son is 4 months 20days and he keeps sucking his fingers always....am worried whether that can cause buck teeth for him How to stop him from this??

A. Hi kids tend to put their fingers in their mouth to chew on during teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..so don't be tensed just maintain proper hygiene.

A. hello...it happens to most babies...but it's is recommended that taking a break to burp the baby is good ..sucking on a pacifier may help with a baby's hiccupping....when the stomach fills with air, it may push on the diaphragm, causing hiccups..taking a break from feeding to burp the baby may reduce the amount of air in their stomach. ...this can help in prevent hiccups.
