hi doc..my doctor is facing constipation from 1 month I can see extra growth pile please let me know what d next step

A. Apply some castor oil in and around the navel and also give a PRUNE juice in the night before sleeping that day with a glass of warm water these are the basic home remedies that you should do every day but right now the situation is if the piles kind of a thing is approaching you should consult your doctor 1st
