Hello mom would rather suggest to rely more on natural foods as much as possible , though these gummies declare they are supplements but they are possibility that they may contain sugars and also artificial colouring and flavours as well , as they could be addiction as well and because of chewy consistency they tend to stick in the teeth and cause tooth decay as well
