Q.

Hi Doc.. My child testicles are not both looks same in size. recently one of it becomes larger. now it is approx size of Date seed. it contains some liquid and looks as a baloon. Here Doc is telling that nothing to worry.... but there is no medicine for this... is any problem to my kid with this and any medication is there.... plz assist in this regard.... ThanQ

A. hello...You should see a doctor very soon. If one testicle is a lot bigger than the other and it hurts at times, it's a sign of testicular torsion. Testicular torsion is a serious problem that needs to be fixed quickly. If it goes on too long, a guy might need an operation to have his testicle removed. It's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon —and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.
