Q.
hi doc, my boy is 7 yr old. he have constipation or acidity problem after every 3 months is it normal with this problem?

avoid giving heavy food items and bakery food items like toast, biscuits, cake,bread etc

we can not say it normal
but yes kids get it now a days.
for this,I advise to give homemade healthy food only
avoid giving outside food
keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning
