Q.

Hi Doc, My baby's height is only 60 cms and he is 7 months 7 days old. Weight is 7.3 kgs and head circumference is 43 cms. We are worried for his height as me and my husband are not that tall. What can we do to ensure he has grows with a decent height.

A. hi height is mostly dependent on the genes from parents still to ensure child reached maximum potential , give protein rich foods like moong dal khichadi, dal rice. paneer paratha, egg boiled Breastfeed child till 2 years
