hi doc my baby is 6 wks. he is passing stool of both greenish and yellow colour together , the green potty is tight while yellow is like paste Also he is passing smelly gas. He is on formula feed. Also he is hav8ng bit congestion in his nose.

.It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.
or might be it's due to formual milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time do check with your paedritician once..
stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops
