Q.

hi doc my baby is 5 months old. since yesterday night she is having 100c fever I gave wikoryl drops 0.5ml yesterday night and today morning still temperature didn't went doe .please suggest any remedy1

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammayrtory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as tthe first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
