Hi Doc, My baby is 2y old past few months she is controlling her potty and she is not willing to sit in the potty seat. she gets her potty every day but she contols it and goes ones in 2 days. what is the solution

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. try to rule out the reason for this.. talk to her softly.. Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
