Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby will be gaining around 20 grams to 25 grams per day in first 3 months of age For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . See Without knowing the birth weight I will not be completely but yes I can tell you the basic demarcation which we calculate it minimum of 400 to 500 g weight every month then that’s a very healthy weight gain so just take the birth weight and calculate the weight accordingly you know what should be the right weight of your child
