Hi Doc my baby is 2.5 yr old .she always b restless in night.and demands for milk twice at night. .

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage baby feet with BabyHug coconut oil for sound sleep. Also make sure that the baby tummy is full before going to bed. Babies sleep patterns will change with time. Indulge the baby in outdoor games. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. thanks and take care
