Q.

Hi Doc, my baby boy is 10 m 22 days old and I'm planning to stop breastfeeding in another one week. so which milk should I offer him as an alternative and how much quantity per day. Could you please suggest?

A. give formula give cows milk or buffalo milk after 1 year of age Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding at least one year and also please do not stop breastfeeding all of a sudden and reduce the frequency and apply giloy juice and neem oil whenever you do not want to feed. Take care
