Hi doc, my 3 yr 4 m daughter has some yellowish liquid type thing in her vergine.i clean it everyday with water.plz suggest something.can it be a serious issue?

Little bit of vaginal discharge is completely normal with Care so you can clean that area properly with a mild soap and you can apply coconut oil this is going to be very helpful for you along with that if you need you can consult your paediatrician one time
