Q.
hi doc....my 3 month old baby's skin seems to be strected and rough with tiny white dots... especially on the chest and belly....why is it so? am using dermadew soap for her from the last 2 months....but no improvement is seen....what else can I use for her?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. don't worry about the white spots, they will go on their own as it is common in infants. massage her body with coconut oil. make sure buyer bathing your baby you apply a milk base lotion as it will keep the skin moisturised for long time.

priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 8 m old boy7 years agoA. Hi dear mummy it's very important to provide moisture to babies skin so make sure you are giving him oil massage regular. Change soap might be it's not Suiting baby. If white spots are spreading then I will advise you to consult doctor once. Must apply body lotion
