Jasleen KaurMom of a 5 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi
Please don't feed your baby forcefully.
When my baby turned 6.5 months I made a food chart so that I don't have to think daily about what what to give.
With time I make changes as per season or consistency (Puree-Semi Solid or Solid)
I try and follow the chart as much as I can.
Sharing meal options with you, hope it helps you and your baby.

Mix or improvise as per baby's liking or taste.
I try and give everything toy baby so that she develops habit of Eating all veggies and pulses.
**No Salt, Sugar for baby untill 1 yr hence I add different things for taste like Dhaniya, Basil, thyme, parsley, heeng, ginger, garlic, lemon, coconut Powder etc
For sweet food, I add dates as a natural sweetner.
Try only one new food at a time and always check for any signs of allergy.
Also I recommend to introduce new food to your baby in the morning or afternoon.
Hope this helps you.
Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hi
all babies are different so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns.
so please feed your child as per his or her requirements.
please stop force feeding.
your child might reject food because of teething,so please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
offer different dishes with different taste.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
you can keep gap of 2 or 3 hours.
