A. hello yes it can be taken and if you are breastfeeding you should continue taking nutritious diet and keep yourself well hydrated also take a two glasses of milk everyday

A. Hi Mom Yes you can take it Take a good care of your baby and yourself Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly after sometime Stay active and hydrated
