Hi doc, is it ok to give boiled egg and milk together at a time for my 16 months kid ? How can I incorporate egg in my kids diet ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yes its fine .. you can give , but every individual is different initially check if the child is able to digest it well enough . Eggs can be given in form of. Boiled or omelet with vegetable, or in rice or scrambled eggs as well
