Hi doc, I want to take glutathione tabs, IAM on breast feeding and my baby is 1.5 month old. which whitening tablet is safe to use? also suggest some multivitamin supplements to me. I am already taking iron and calcium tabs which I was taking during pregnancy.

exclusive breastfeeds are recommended till first 6month of age it is complete food for baby till first 6month of age vaccinate baby as per schedule
take a balanced diet containing all food groups
