hi doc, I have 7 month old baby.i have enough milk not for my baby.so I took lactare Capsule.. how many lactare Capsule take per day and before food or after food..it is affected baby or not..it's is good or bad.. please give the answer asap..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Lactation Capsules are good enough to go for You can take it two times in a day and it would be advisable that you take it before the food you know I mean like there is no specific time as such you can take it at any point of time in the day
