Q.

Hi doc , I am a mom of 3 year old .She is potty training d but now a days she is not sitting in potty and is afraid to go to potty .Seems like the poop is hard .What should I do ?

A. make the baby sit on the potty chair in the house let the baby observe other children sitting and using the toilet generally babies will be worried about sitting them in the toilet and bathrooms

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Wash hands often before touching your baby
