hi doc.. can u please suggest vit D3 for 11 yr old boy...please guide which one i can give?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Give sunlight exposure to ur baby daily for vitamin D Also give vitamin drops if prescribed by the doctor. Otherwise do not self medicate ur child. Also the dosage is given according to the weight. Take care
