Hi dears, My son 3 years and 1 month old. Monday night he had a mild temperature of 100.1. immediately I have him paracetamol and vomitted immediately. Again I gave him paracetamol syrup and he slept peacefully. again in the morning around 9 he had temperature of 99.7. I gave him milk and paracetamol syrup. Evening he played and was sweating a lot. his head is alone was hot a bit compared to other days. Gave paracetamol syrup in the night after dinner. after that til now no fever. can you please let me know why he is having this mild fever. is it normal.
