hi dear doctor, I have a 6 month old baby boy. he is not digesting cow milk at that time and get ommiting several time. please give your suggestion and recommendation regarding milk feeding please. your reply is extremely awaiting.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mom. ur baby is 6 mth okd it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest.
breastmilk or formula is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients.
