hi could I introduce my 11 month boy wheat bread and cheese? is it good to give at this time?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Yes you can give check the composition of the bread as most of the bread claims to be whole wheat but contain more maida abd avoid brown bread as it contains artificial colour
