hi can you suggest me for diet plan and nutritious food for 3YEAR BABY

A. Hello! For proper growth and development child must eat balanced and home cooked meals. Child's meals should have seasonal fruits and vegetables along with superfoods like ragi, moong dal, curd, sprouts, nuts etc. Sample meal plan - ragi porridge for breakfast, banana as mid meal, moong dosa + chutney for lunch, lassi for evening snack, paneer frankie for dinner, milk + almonds before bedtime.
