A. yes give twice daily. diet during loose motion should be very simple diet you can rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk puffed rice poha upma daliya lime water rice water dal water idli dosa. you can give only three fruits that is apple banana and pomegranate. avoid any other sugars because that can cause both vomiting and diarrhoea. you cannot give milk and dairy products except curd and buttermilk. do not give biscuits maida ice cream chocolate chips cake packet foods oily spicy tea coffee soda. you cannot give salads uncooked raw foods juice glucon d sugar juice. you cannot give cerelac because that also contain milk. the whole importance of the diet is that you have to give only easily digestible food and have you food has to be avoided d

A. Hello mom Yes, definitely, you can give it to your baby. It is totally safe for your two years old baby. Rather than this avoid giving milk rather than normal milk. You can give soya milk. Try to give light food so it will be easy for your baby to digest it. Still doesn’t get relief , then consult with your doctor about it.
