Hi, can we mix beet root with milk , I mean beet root milkshake?

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children8 years agoA. Beetroot juice if taken by itself is self sufficient and milk by itself is self sufficient. Two positive s together can create a overdose and it might have a harmful effect on your body. ... To absorb the rich iron content in beetroot mix it with some citrus fruit but not with milk.
