DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and you can give him multivitamins supplements but iron drops if he is having a iron deficiency anemia then you should give it

If Your child is having any deficiency then only you go ahead with it otherwise it does not make any sense and necessary supplements are never recommended to be given to a child at any age so if there is an issue there is a deficiency then go ahead with it otherwise don’t
