hi, can u suggest good food for 8 months baby

A. for 8 months food like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts to food add ghee/oil on top of food continue to breastfeed you can start giving finger foods in between

A. Hi mommy Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple mashed sweet potatoes and then gradually you can start with some puree of carrot potato beetroot spinach etc and some other foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk. initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
