hi can i use vicks vaporub on my 3 montha old baby for cough?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. no it's not advised to use any kind of Vicks VapoRub for your 3 months old baby you can give indirect steam in addition to the baby will be beneficial for the child

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello mam not at all it is not recommended to use it onto your child’s body directly as it is not safe. If your child is having any kind of issue then you can add it into the water and start giving indirect steam to your child but you cannot apply directly onto your child’s body. No Doctor No paediatrician ever recommends it so that is my am also saying no to you for the same
